KTH Antenna Evaluation

The KTH - Geodesy department offers a UNIQUE SERVICE from AIDM artificial intelligent decision making for ANTENNA evaluation and monitoring (parabolic, ellipsoidal and hyperbolic in arbitrary spatial location).

Picture Radio Telescope Effelsberg, Germany

The parabolic, elliptical or hyperbolic shape of radio antennas and telescopes is essential for their sufficient operation. Inspecting and aligning parts of this size avoids serious difficulties, spoiled noise decreasing and cost waste. It is most important to monitor the change (in signal noise ration) towards the change in arbitrary spatial location.

Operating appropriate scanner technology (scanner - total stations) KTH provides Antenna Evaluation in an:

  • arbitrary spatial location of Antenna
  • shape recognition and AIDM - technology
  • Unexpected Deviation Detection
  • Detection of Antenna deformation and Spoiled Response Regions
  • Quick and sufficient metrology computation and minmax technology
