Presently, the only course taught in English are a philosophy of science course and a course in research ethics. Write to us (filosofi@infra.kth.se) for information on when these courses will be given. Graduate courses in English

What follows is a brief description of our course programme in Swedish. We currently have a course programme consisting of the following courses, all of which are available to engineering students at KTH.

• Political Philosophy, 7,5 credits (AK2013)
• Decision Theory, 7,5 credits (AK2014)
• Gender, Philosophy and Technology, 7,5 credits (AK2015)
• Introduction to Research Ethics, 3 credits (AK2017)
• Advanced Course in Research Ethics, 4,5 credits (AK2018)
• Advanced Course in Ethics, 7,5 credits (AK2019)
• Ethics and Technology in Institutional and Non-institution care, 6 credits (AK1021) or 7,5 credits (AK2022)

• Theory and Methodology of Science, social science, natural science or computing science version 4,5 hp or 7,5 hp (AK2030-AK2040)

We also have an ethics course for practicing engineers (7,5 credits). We contribute to many courses given by others, in particular with ethics lectures and seminars on introductory courses.

A Degree of master of Philosophy of Science and technology Programme started in 2003. It is open both to external applicants and to internal applicants, who want to supplement their engineering degree of master of philosophy of science and technology.

We give postgraduate courses in the philosophy of science and research ethics for graduate students in other subjects at KTH. In addition, postgraduate courses in philosophy are given for our own graduate students.
