The Division of Philosophy at KTH teaches and performs research and postgraduate education on philosophical aspects of technology and its social applications. Our three most important research areas are philosophy of risk, ethics of technology, and logic and decision theory. Since 2003 we have a Master’s programme in the philosophy of technology. The division has 31 employees. Professor Sven Ove Hansson is head of the division.
