2001 – 2004 Research Director, SNS and adjunct Professor,
Linköping University.
2000 – 2003 Deputy director, SNS. Responsible for administrative,
organizational and financial matters.
1989 – 2000 The Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IUI),
Stockholm. Deputy director 1994–1999. In charge of the
administration of the Institute, including the budget process,
accounting, annual reports, etc. Responsible for personnel, including
employment of research and administrative staff. Organizing the research
agenda of the Institute together with the Deputy. Heading the research
projects Foreign Direct Investment, Production Specialization and Trade
Patterns and Institutions and Industrial Dynamics. Supervising doctorate
students participating in these project. Teaching approximately 100 hrs
at different universities, e.g. Lund University, Gothenburg University,
City University.
1994–1997 Consulting engagements for SIDA, United Nations,
Ministry of Finance.
1992–1994 Participating in the EC–SPES Project Industrial
Dynamics and Small Firms. A cross-country study funded by the European
Union on small firms in eight European countries, Japan and the U.S.
1991 Organizing and teaching the course Effects of EC 1992 on
Sweden at the City University, corresponding to a 5 point course on the
doctorate level at the Stockholm University.
